Very tasty, yet very simple to make!
– spices (salt, pepper, red paprika)
Soak the oatmeal in a bit of water and stir.
Leave for about 15 minutes so the oatmeal soaks the water.
Peel and grate the carrots and grate the zucchinies (you don’t need to peel them), and leave the grated zucchinies for a few minutes to rest so you get rid of the extra water in them.
When the oatmeal softens, squeeze out the extra water from them, and add them to your mixture of grated zucchinies and carrots.
Add spices to the mixture – salt, pepper, red mild paprika, garlic…
Shape into little “burgers” and slip every burger into a bit of flour and bread crumbs.
Fry in deep (preheated) oil until they get a golden crust.
