Warm mini sandwich appetizers with vegan cheese
Ever had some leftover bread and you don’t know what to do with it?
I use it to make warm mini sandwich appetizers.
It’s simple and quick to make and no food gets wasted!
– old bread
– vegan cheese
– tahini paste
– tomato sauce with basil
– ketchup with origano
Slice the bread into smaller pieces, spread the toppings and cheese over the bread and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes on a low temperature.
Wait for the cheese to begin melting and you’re done!
Serve while it’s still warm.
